Call for abstracts opened: 1 January 2023
Deadline for abstract submission: 31 March 2023 (extended)
Notification of abstract acceptance: as soon as possible
Each submitted abstract will be given a time slot for either oral or poster presentation. The oral presentations must be uploaded at least before the foregoing session. The poster presentations will be held at dedicated sessions during the conference. Instructions for poster presentation will be presented on the abstract submission page.

Submit your abstract
After registering to the conference you may send an abstract. To submit your abstract, send an e-mail to conference@nsfs.org and attach a word document that is prepared according to the template that can be downloaded below. You will get a notification when the abstract is received. In the abstract template, select if you prefer oral or poster presentation.
Invitation to publish papers
The notification of abstract acceptance was originally set to 25 March; for abstracts received within the extended deadline period, notifications will be sent as soon as possible. Authors of accepted abstract are encouraged to submit a proceeding for evaluation and possible publication in a special issue of Radiation Protection Dosimetry. A special RPD template must be used for submitting a proceeding, which will soon be available here . Each proceeding will go through a regular peer-review according to the reviewing system of RPD.
The deadline for submission of final versions of papers (proceedings) will be announced during the conference.
